Liaoning Dahua Guorui New Material Co., Ltd. and Xinbin county government special graphite project investment signing ceremony were held in Dalian FuLiHua hotel. Zhang Zhijun, chief engineer of the group company and chairman of Dahua Guorui new materials Co., Ltd., and Na Xuecheng, head of Xinbin County, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. Xing xuepu, chairman of the group, relevant leaders of Xinbin County Local Government and the person in charge of Dahua Guorui company attended the signing ceremony.

Special graphite is one of the key projects in the 12th Five Year Plan of the group company. Last year, the group successfully completed the equity acquisition and capital increase of Dahua Guorui new materials Co., Ltd. and fully entered the field. Dahua Guorui settled in nanzamu Industrial Park, Fushun City. At present, the first phase of the project with an annual output of 2000 tons of "super same-sex graphite" has been put into production. The second phase of the project is planned to invest 200 million yuan. After the completion of the project, it can produce 4000 tons of special graphite annually, with a sales revenue of 400 million yuan and an annual profit tax of 160 million yuan.

At the signing ceremony, all parties held frank and friendly consultations on land transfer, tax policies, infrastructure construction, transmission line investment, and finally reached an agreement.
